​Integron® IT26-C Chemical Integrators (Type 5, according to ISO 11140-1:2014) are single-use moving-front chemical indicators for monitoring steam sterilization processes. These indicators ensure proper control of the effectiveness of steam sterilization processes by monitoring all critical parameters.

Cintape® CT22 Process Indicators (Type 1 according ISO 11140-1:2014 standard) are single-use chemical indicators that consist of a roll of self-adhesive paper tape printed with indicator ink. These indicators have been designed to monitor steam sterilization processes, ensuring an adequate exposure to the sterilizing agent during the sterilization process and allowing to distinguish between processed and unprocessed items.

Chemdye BD125X/1

Designed for testing air removal efficiency of dynamic-air-removal steam sterilizers operating at 132 °C for 4 minutes and at 134 °C for 3.5 minutes. Holds an early warning sheet designed for early detection of air removal failures before they appear on the test sheet.

Detects inadequate air removal and steam penetration in vacuum-assisted and gravity displacement steam sterilizers between 132 °C - 135 °C. Designed under Quality Management System standards ISO 13485:2016/NS-EN ISO 13485:2016.ISO 11140-1:2014, ISO 11138-1:2017, ISO 11138-3: 2017. ANSI/AAMI ST79. Final B.I. results by fluorescence after incubation for 20 minutes.

Chemdye PRO1 MICRO

Chemdye® PRO1 MICRO Hygiene Monitoring System is the most suitable tool for the verification of medical device’s hygiene. Chemdye® PRO1 MICRO has been designed to detect and quantify residual proteins and iatrogenic agents on medical instrument’s surfaces after the cleaning process. The system includes a high absorption swab, which allows the collection of samples from different types of surfaces with high efficiency. A visual readout of a color change indicates the presence of detectable levels of protein. Chemdye® PRO1 MICRO has a quantification range from 1 to 50 μg of protein with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.5 μg* in only 4 minutes.
